Terms of service
1. The service
Huurcheck provides an online calculation of the WWS points score and the legal maximum rent for self-contained homes in the Netherlands. The basic calculation is free. For a one-time payment of €29 (incl. VAT) you receive an extended PDF report with the points breakdown, a model letter to your landlord and a step-by-step plan for the Huurcommissie.
2. Indicative, not legal advice
The calculation is indicative and based on information you provide and public sources (BAG, EP-Online, WOZ registry). Huurcheck is not a legal adviser and the outcome is not legal advice. Huurcheck is not affiliated with or part of the Huurcommissie. Only the Huurcommissie can establish a home's points score with binding effect. No rights can be derived from the calculation or the report.
3. Delivery and right of withdrawal
The report is digital content delivered immediately after payment (by email and via a download link valid for 7 days). By paying you expressly consent to immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal once delivery is complete (Article 6:230p sub g of the Dutch Civil Code).
4. Price and payment
The price is €29 incl. VAT, one-time. Payment is handled by Mollie (incl. iDEAL). There is no subscription and no recurring charges.
5. Liability
Huurcheck does its best to keep the calculation rules current and accurate but does not guarantee that the outcome is error-free or matches a later ruling by the Huurcommissie or a court. Any liability is limited to the amount you paid for the report.
6. Provider
Huurcheck is provided by Uniic, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42083544.
7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent Dutch court.
